it has nothing to do with me (altho I have listed them)
it has nothing to do with here (altho I have listed them here) (one of them used to be on my favourite LP from the Croydon Public Lending Library, where my life long affair with books and the persuit of genius began)(as you can tell, I didn't get very far with that, probably because I got sidetracked by music, initially Glenn Miller - that man has a lot to answer for) (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I got a guy. . . sorry, digressing)
it has nothing to do with the old band (even tho I did a Dusty number myself and one of the band members once described me as his Girl From Ipanema) (which, because I had never placed the title and the song together, was meaningless at the time) (altho I took it as a compliment, of sorts, later)
it has nothing to do with what's on the radio. . .
right, that's enough clues
over to you guys!

I do know! and I'll tell later, but if you know I'll be mightily impressed. . .
(and I'll have a clue as to your reading habits)
Oh dear God in Heaven.
They were all covered by Rolf Harris on his 'Playing with my Didgeridoo' Album.
Or else I haven't the vaguest notion, take your pick.
Other than the fact that they all are South of the Mason-Dixon line?
And now you've put G.Miller into my brain for the day.Thanks!. No, really, I like him. And Goodman. And others...
I sat in my thinking chair and thought and thought, but the best I could come up with is that I have a tummy ache, so...
... I guess I'll take the Zero.
mango is closest so far, but only by her blaspemy!
I'm with Dinah on the geography ...but I know that the answer will be weirder than that.
No idea and apparently neither does Google!
donn when I thought I'd lost the list, I tried google too - to no avail. . .
OK, I'm back for another shot...all topped their Hit Parades of the day?
All written by left-handers?
it's not so much who wrote them, or how successful they were, more where they were played. . .
;-)
And the answer is . . . . . ?
Quick, or I may have to blaspheme again
