empty headed

apart from describing my (horrible) dream in very vivid detail (a fate I will spare you, dear reader, from), I have no clue what to write about this morning (which is a little worrying, because usual I suffer from the opposite issue)

I don't know if this is an effect of The Treatment, or the fact I've been cooped up in a hospital for well over a week now. . .

. . .I haven't even got a toon going around in my head

BOO-HOO

what is a girl to do?

(no, seriously - what is a girl to do? even one aged 44)

I am suffering from the same problem, having been stuck in the house for a week packing boxes, one runs out of amusing things that have happened to one. Hence I've started writing fiction instead.

But then most of my life is a fiction anyway. Or should that be fantasy?

I often have nothing in my head - should I worry??

When in doubt, walk about. Personally, I enjoy a good walk around the coffee table. Nothing like unusual behaviour to pass the time :)

I have many suggestions of 'what to do', but as we don't do rude here...

It was the best I could do at short notice. (Her real name is Natasha Khan.)

"It's crazy, but it's true
The best that you can do
Is fall in love..." might be good advice long term, but a little bit premature.

You say: "rather talented rabbit"
I say: "oo - er missus". (Ask the Brit, or Carrie Bradshaw.)

It's funny, if anyone asks me a direct question about what to do my head immediately becomes completely empty.
But I gather you did find a toon so that's ok.
I think you'd better listen to some water music or for something full of wonderful surprises, I recommend Janacek's Sinfonietta. (I'm sorry I can't do links tonight I'm running a bit, very, late.)
sleep well.

I've Bat For Lashes!

When you love someone
But the thrill is gone
And your kisses at night
Are replaced with tears
And when your dreams are on
A train to train wreck town
Then I ask you now,
what's a girl to do?

I think that she should move!
