(and if anyone can remind me what the name to that song
in the very first part of the trailer is,
I'll be eternally grateful) (probably)

I WAS a teen in (part of) the 80's.

I, Like The View said...

so, any idea about the song then?

I couldn't hear a song in the first part of the trailer. Deafness is probably a sign of my extreme age.

I, Like The View said...

thought you were only in your mid/late-thirties?

Oh!
Happy Monday?

Did you mean the first Rambo or the latest Rambo? C:)

craig I've never seen a Rambo movie, so I don't know which one they are referring to in the film. . .

:-)

dave I'm happy to be the age I currently am. . .

(mind you, if I was as old as you are, maybe I'd like to be 29 again)(YIKES!!)

;-)

mel yup, Happy Monday - get The Brit to watch the trailer!

(I'm with you on the yawning)

okay, craig, my apologies - I should have followed your link - "Son of Rambow" is a new film that's out in the UK - set in 1980s England. . . if you click on the link (the red word "skills") you'll get to the trailer for the new movie, and there is a song in the background of the first part of the trailer that's not in the listing for the film

I wasn't referring to the listing of any of the Rambo films

Son of Rambo is inspired - partly - by one of the orginal films (but I don't know which one)(because I never saw any of them)(but you might like this film, it's quite funny)(and a great insight into a 1980s English teenagehood)

thanks for the link tho!

:-D

No, no,... my apologies. I didn't no it was a separate movie... but I am glad that it is C:) I saw the first Rambo and that was too much.... Way too much. I can't believe there are three more of them.

It doesn't seem to be on the soundtrack. :-(

Nope--listened at a more 'decent' hour and I don't have a clue what the song is.

Nor have I watched any of the Rambo films.
