Thanks for this. I love Gustav as well and I'm glad. Tree of Life sometimes reminds me of globalisation. I love the universal motif. Its unique.
I'm staying connected...

btw: just a warning, you'll be in the story soon

"a warning"? I'm not sure I like the sound of that. . .

your blog tho, your rules

I digress

regarding the current connection - one of the reasons I like Klimt is his use of gold and his use of graphic space, which are both aspects that I like about the artwork of Hundertwasser too

do you like Hundertwasser?

I wonder what Klimt was on.

Oh......now see, I just love it!
Cuz of the quiltiness to it.

*sigh*
Gorgeous...just gorgeous....

I once planned to make a quilt of a Klimt. . . all those graphic squares, and the spiral patterns, and the gold (I envisioned it as a dull gold in a rough silk, tafetta maybe)

maybe one day I'll think about that again

glad you like it, Ms Mel

dave I have no idea - any thoughts?

in all honesty, sorry about it. . .

. . .that is one of my most annoying habits (spotting them in people's work)(and then spilling the beans)

as for my own, I don't need to look in the mirror

they are all very obvious

punctutation notwithstanding
