Care packages happily accepted at Casa de Rimshot!

P.S. How come I can't leave comments from my non-google self?

It takes all sorts.
This would be my greatest relief.

<--- checks the Brit who lives in the house that Jack built.

*scratching head*

Geographically feasible---nope, he was NOT. LOL

And he cooks reallllllll good, thanksmuchly.

Yaknow, that's one thing I didn't miss--and still don't miss now that himself has taken over the food preparation in this house.
I thoroughly enjoy doing the dishes and clearing up the disasterous kitchen.

Somehow it always tastes better when he cooks it.

BTW--himself says that passion fruit tart with coconut pastry sounds gorgeous.

I suspect he'll want me asking for the recipe soon.....LOL

May I supply myself as a grown up some time :)

Well, Ziggi's need is probably greater than mine, but I do have passion fruit in the garden and there are coconut trees all over town.
Hey! Why don't we all have a blog pot-luck dinner?

I, Like The View said...

happy day mel, hope the fuzzies clear for you

katherine mine don't like real food, they didn't even like the pasta I made last week

:-(

dinahmow that sounds like an excellent idea. . . you bring the ingredients and we'll get mel's Brit to cook and us girls can have a chinwag in the swing seat!

mig you're in then?! XX (let me know when you can come visit, please)

KAZ and ziggi I'm great - I cook, and I like doing the washing up!

shot get your DJ (or your kilt) - we'll need someone to top up the glasses. . .

;-)

Erm...DJ?

*scratches noggin*

Mel said...

Oh that chinwag would last just so long---and then we'd be clustered at the doorway gigglin', watching his neurotic self go nutzoid with those last few minutes of preparation time.....LOL

He's like a chicken with his head cut off.....LOL

shot DJ = Dinner Jacket, I can't think of whatever the word you guys use is, the one you thought was for "fancy dress" when you didn't understand fancy dress wasn't the same as "black tie". . .

TUXEDO!!! that's the word you guys use. . .

if you're obliging, the girls on the porch need a smart lookin' guy to bring them more ice

actually, thinking about it, you could just turn up where you are, if you'd like!

mel oh, I never lauigh at someone who's cooking for me! (especially if they are the one standing in the kitchen with spoons and chopped up ingredients within reach!)

<---smart enough to stand at the doorway to duck safely behind when objects start being flung

*nodding*
Why do you think I said the doorway? LOL

Silly woman......

I, Like The View said...

yup, I am a silly woman
