2. what is your favourite flavour milkshake

oh, Your version of 20Q and mine must have different rules.

I don't eat ice cream nor items made with ice cream so I don't really partake in milkshaking. However, I believe that the McDonalds Shamrock Shake would be high on the list.

(I think I do play it that way, but I'm not playing 20 Qs as much as assembling a list of 20 interesting Qs. . .)

3. Do you remember your first McD's?

actually, that might be a waste of a question. . .

3. When was the first time you ever properly ate out in a restaurant?

(see, we never ate out at home, so I clearly remember my first trip to a proper restaurant)(and my second, for that matter)(and my third!)(and I also remember my best ever eating out experience - but these Qs aren't about me)

:-)

Actually, I grew up near the first McDonald's franchise (Des Plaines, IL): http://www.mcdonalds.com/corp/about/museum_info.html

I couldn't begin to tell you the first time I ever properly (as opposed to?) ate out in a restaurant. As far as I know, I was born knowing which fork to use and what the finger bowl is for.

4. If you could have picked your own name, what would it be, and why?

A vanilla malted please C:)

And, growing up, we would go out to dinner about once a week. The two places that stick in my mind are the local Italian restaurant called The Fireside Inn (closed down not too long ago for some reason) and another place called The Cracker Barrel. We kids loved The Cracker Barrel because it was in this barn-like building and they gave away pencils that had two erasers at the, on opposite sides, like a mallet. So, we would get there and start hammering everything, and the hammering wouldn't stop until sometime the next day when the pencils finally broke. C:D
