yeay! Polzeath!!
you can even see my little hotel, The Atlantic House, perched on the cliff towards the end of the row of houses; part of which (as malc well knows) is The Doom Bar. . .
(. . .not that I'm the kind of girl who goes for Doom)(don't do pints, me)

Blue skies....nothin' but blue skies from now on....
k.....I soooooo need a vacation from the snow......
Evening sunshine
Salty hair
A quiet line-up and perfect waves
A pint of Sharpes served by a gorgeous Australian barmaid at the Doom Bar
Crab salad for tea
Polzeath - love it.
hey - I'm not Australian!!
(crap humour this end)(and actually, the gorgeous Australian's are usually the bar-men; the woman seem to be of European extraction these days - with the surly girlys being yuppies in need of holiday cash) (in my experience anyhow)
no neck itch from an ill-fitting rash vest under your steamer?!
;-)
I'm suprised you don't drink Doom - but then I know nothing about beer/ale/*insert man's drink word here*? I really like crab, but my lot go for the scampi. . .
and yes mel - nothing but blue skies from now on (now I'm humming Miles and Miles of Texas, cos that comes next on my album of bluegrass music)
:-D
