and from the sky fell an angel

)when what hugs stopping earth than silent is
more silent than more than much more is or
total sun oceaning than any this
tear jumping from each most least eye of star

and without was if minus and shall be
immeasurable happenless unnow
shuts more than open could that every tree
or than all life more death begins to grow

end's ending then these dolls of joy and grief
these recent memories of future dream
these perhaps who have lost their shadows if
which did not do the losing spectres mime

until out of merely not nothing comes
only one snowflake(and we speak our names

Oh dear! Every time I read that poem, I can't help thinking I'm having a stroke as the words stop making sense.

But the snow angel is lovely.

Ah! This is one of those poems that I don't so much read as - surf.
I'm sure something gets into my head.

I love love love the starry tree. It looks just like our oak tree and I want to take a photo of it looking like that!
(But I don't know how)

MIG: Apparently, one must only wait for an overcast, chilly night when it's snowing (those are snowflakes, not stars). Then dash out the back door with a digital camera set to 'night scene'.

I have a theory about the nebula on the right: It's either my breath or the exhaust from the laundry room (so I suppose you'll need that too to recreate the effect)

Oh thank you Shot :)
Unfortunately all I have of those ingredients at the moment is the overcast sky - and even that tends to clear up at night!
It's a wonderful picture tho and I especially love the laundry breath :)
