Aw, that poor band can't afford color film for their video.
I'll send you some crayolas and you can colour them in then. . .
Promises, promises.
Erm...I don't mean to pick nits, but you've incorrectly attributed 'Black Magic Woman' to Carlos Santana, when the song is a creation from the mind of the wonderful Peter Green as recorded first by Fleetwood Mac.
Just sayin'.
hey - you say what you want! I'm not proud
I prefer Santana's version - the band performed it once a very long time ago, really cool guitar
and I'm not saying that I don't like Fleetwood Mac (I do); I guess I just usually put down the version of the song I like as opposed to who wrote it orginially. . .
anything else?
*smiles sweetly*
(but please don't talk about nits - SP had them a couple of weeks ago and I think they are gone now, but boy was my head itchy for a while. . .)
The song, I heard it on the radio , in the city and it reminded me of another blogger, and when i stumbled across it here, it was really neat. So Now i know the name and can share it else where.
Thank you, that was cool.
"I prefer Santana's version"
GASP!!! *Look of shock, abject dismay and horror*
I'm not entirely sure, but that may actually constitute blashpemy* and certainly heresy.
The dulcet tones of Peter Green and his most uniquely toned Les Paul are legendary, I'll have you know! Even to the point of bringing B.B. King to admit, "He has the sweetest tone I ever heard; he was the only one who gave me the cold sweats."
Santana indeed. Hrmph!
I've gone to the car rental and rented a Huff, in which I will now leave.
(but I'll be back shortly, stupid work is interrupting my lollygaging)
...and another thing, I was promised Crunchies!
*waves pitifully*
*chuckling*
If it's any consolation, I prefer Santana's version, too.
Both of us can have 'questionable taste'. ;-)
NOW can I have that Crunchie?
(thought I'd try a different angle.....)
(hey....it was worth a shot! LOL)
I'm one of those helpless creatures who always loves the first version I heard best. And that was Santana.
Crunchies? Did someone say crunchies again?
