there was here before seven, then it turned into a gentle mist which blew east, then the sun came up and burnt it off - now's there's a bit of a heat haze. . .

Isn't it just one of the most incredible things to watch?!
I took to watching it every morning when we were on our adventure holiday and have continued......I'd forgotten to excuse myself from the busy-ness of day in day out. Silly me!
And pretty soon the clocks will change.... Rawrrr..... LOL
I love being awake at dawn - mind you, it's quite easy at the moment as I'm so tired that I go to bed about nine o'clock!
I'm not sure about the propriety of including the self-portrait though. You know it's going to set Vicus' pulse raing.
I'm sure it won't do his heart any harm
I used to love Mucha in the seventies - and I'm coming back to it all now.
Those bicycle adverts are amazing.
Oh, it's now afternoon and I took a little gravel road home after this morning's meeting...with falling down houses and birdie houses stuck in the most wonderful woodsy places.....and a stream!
*happy sigh*
Yup....and I sat and listened to the breeze caressing the corn which made the most wonderful rustling sound.....
Obviously a country gal at heart, huh?
that sounds so beautiful mel, you're blessed. . .
. . .I love watching the wind in corn fields - made visible - a little like when I see it on the river here, down below; only here the soundtrack is airplanes, underground trains and traffic
